Trade Stands, Auto Jumble and Craft Stalls.
TRADE & DEALER STANDS – For the display of Vintage, Classic and/or Modern Motorcycle, or Motor related products and/or services. Small 25m2 and 50m2 plots.
CRAFT STALLS For quality crafts, including art, greetings cards, pottery, woodworking, jewellery, clothing, gifts etc. A marquee will be provided in which plots of 3m frontage x 2m deep will be marked out (tables not included). Outside plots of 6m x 6m can also be ordered. These will be located adjacent (outside) to the main marquee. For outdoor craft stalls mini-marquees 3m wide x 3m deep are available for and also 1.8m wide trestle tables are available
AUTO JUMBLE STALL – For motorcycle or car related products only, no bric-a-brac. A marquee will be provided in which plots of 3m frontage x 2m deep will be marked out (tables not included). Outside plots of 6m x 6m can also be ordered. These will be located adjacent (outside) to the main marquee. For outdoor craft stalls mini-marquees 3m wide x 3m deep are available and also 1.8m wide trestle tables are available
ELECTRICITY – Some very limited electricity is available, please email [email protected] for availability and pricing.
ADMISSIONS – Applications include admission for 2 persons to the Classic Bike Festival Ireland and to Bishopscourt Racing Circuit.
SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN – Stand set-up commences on Friday 2nd August from 12 noon to 7pm and on Saturday 3rd August from 7.00am to 8.30 am and from 6.00pm to 7.30pm and then on Sunday 17th July from 7.30am to 8.30am.
PLEASE NOTE: All stand/stalls must be fully set-up by 09.00am on both the 3rd and 4th of August as the Festival is open to the public from 9.30am. Breakdown may commence at 5.00pm and must be completed by 8.00pm on Sunday 4th August. Vehicle passes will be issued with Final Instructions which will be emailed or posted to you. These must be prominently displayed at the front of the vehicle for unhindered access to the site.
SECURITY – A security service will be provided for the nights of Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd August but Classic Bike Festival Ireland and Bishopscourt Racing Circuit are not responsible for any loss or damage of exhibitor’s property whilst on site.
