Trade Stands, Auto-Jumble and Craft Stalls.

Trade & Dealer Stands – For the display of Vintage, Classic and/or Modern Motorcycle, or Motor related products and/or services. No catering. Small plot: 25m2 – £50.00 per plot. Large plot: 50m2 – £90.00 per plot.

Craft Stalls – For quality crafts, including art, greetings cards, pottery, woodworking, jewelry, clothing (not motorcycle related), gifts etc. Plots: 25m2 – £30.00 per plot. Mini-marquees 3m wide x 3m deep are available to hire for £50 each and also 1.8m long trestle tables at £5.00 are available.

Auto-Jumble Stalls – For motorcycle or car related products only, no bric-a-brac. Plots: 25m2 – £30.00 per plot. Mini-marquees 3m wide x 3m deep are available to hire for £50 each and also 1.8m long trestle tables at £5.00 are available.

Electricity – Some very limited electricity is available, please email [email protected] for availability and pricing.

Admissions – Applications include admission for 2 persons to the Classic Bike Festival Ireland and to Bishopscourt Racing Circuit.

Set-up and Breakdown – Stand set-up commences on Friday 2nd August from 8am to 4pm and on Saturday 3rd August from 7.00am to 8.30 am and from 6.00pm to 7.30pm and then on Sunday 17th July from 7.30am to 8.30am. PLEASE NOTE: All stand/stalls must be fully set-up by 4pm Friday 2nd, and for 09.00am on both the 3rd and 4th of August as the Festival is open to the public thereafter. Breakdown may commence at 5.00pm (not before) on Sunday 4th August and must be completed by 8.00pm. Vehicle passes and admission wristbands will be issued on the gate. Vehicle passes must be prominently displayed at the front of the vehicle for unhindered access on site.

Security – A security service will be provided for the nights of Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd August but Classic Bike Festival Ireland and Bishopscourt Racing Circuit are not responsible for any loss or damage of exhibitor’s property whilst on site.

Entry by email –

  2. Download the Application form (see below) and save to your computer
  3. Open the PDF, complete and click “Submit”, this will open your email client, then click send
  4. Or complete and email to [email protected]
  5. A payment link will be emailed to you or payment can be made by Bank Transfer
  6. We will confirm your application once a fully completed form and payment is received

Entry by post –

  3. Print, complete and sign
  4. Post to The Race Secretary (see entry form for details)
  5. Send payment with your entry form – GBP cheque or postal order (not cash or Euro)
  6. We will confirm your application once a fully completed form and payment is received
